1. Company Information

StudioDock is provided by MB Daugiau Intelekto, a company established in Lithuania, European Union. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms mean MB Daugiau Intelekto.

2. Service Scope

StudioDock provides software tools for managing bookings, availability, payments, customer communication, and related workflows for creative spaces. We may update, improve, or modify features over time.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account details and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and staff seats.
• You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and payment provider terms.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Fees

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection.
• Transaction fees and plan limits are defined by your selected plan.
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or access restriction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use StudioDock for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or other customer accounts.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform beyond permitted usage.

6. Data and Integrations

You retain ownership of your business and customer data. You grant us the rights required to process that data to provide the service. Third-party integrations (for example, payment providers) are subject to their own terms and availability.

7. Intellectual Property

StudioDock, including software, branding, and platform content, is owned by MB Daugiau Intelekto and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription term.

8. Service Availability and Disclaimer

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. StudioDock is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Daugiau Intelekto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches of these Terms, non-payment, or security/legal risks.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer or commercial laws require otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of StudioDock after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
