Manual admin booking add-ons now price correctly

What changed

We fixed manual booking price recalculation in both admin create-booking flows so selected add-ons are reflected correctly before the booking is saved.

Per-hour add-ons now scale with the full booking duration in manual admin booking, while flat add-ons, quantities, and variant-based selections keep the total aligned as admins make changes. We also cleaned up a few admin labels where the product was talking about spaces or blocked time, not the tenant itself.

Why this matters

• Manual bookings are less likely to be saved with totals that undercharge time-based extras.
• Teams can trust the admin-side total when adding operators, equipment, or other hourly extras by hand.
• Add-on quantity and variant changes now feed back into the total immediately in the current admin booking flows.
• Admin settings and inventory labels read more cleanly for space-based businesses that are broader than a classic studio model.
