Custom intake forms and agreements
Studios can now collect structured session details, required acknowledgements, and file uploads from public booking flows only where those questions are assigned.

What changed
Admins can create reusable intake forms with short text, long text, select, checkbox, checkbox list, file upload, and terms-style questions.
Forms are assigned to specific spaces or service plans, so the public booking form stays unchanged for spaces that do not need extra questions.
Checkout validates required answers on the server, stores responses on the booking record, and includes session details in booking notification emails.
Why this matters
- Podcast studios can ask how many people will attend and prepare the right number of chairs.
- Photo and video studios can collect briefs, moodboards, or production requirements before the session.
- Studios can require clients to acknowledge house rules without adding more manual email follow-up.
- Operators see structured answers in booking details instead of searching through free-form notes.
