Studios using whole-hour booking cadence now get consistent public booking start times, duration options, and dedicated add-on time picker choices.

What changed
Fixed a public booking regression where tenants set to 1 hour intervals could still show half-hour start times in the booking form.
Dedicated add-ons with their own time picker, including linked inventory add-ons, now use the same booking cadence for minute choices and duration options.
Why this matters
- Studios that operate on whole-hour bookings no longer expose messy half-hour public slots.
- Add-on availability stays aligned with the booking rules tenants configured in admin settings.
- Deep links or restored booking drafts cannot silently reintroduce half-hour selections in whole-hour mode.
