Booking contact reliability and portal autofill

Public booking now helps returning customers enter reliable contact details faster, with stronger email checks, same-device autofill, and portal profile autofill.

What changed

The public booking form now catches more suspicious email typos before checkout and asks customers to accept a suggestion or explicitly confirm the original address.

After a successful booking, customers can reuse saved contact details on the same tenant and browser. Portal-enabled tenants can also let signed-in customers return to booking with their profile details prefilled.

Why this matters

  • Studios get fewer bookings with unreachable customer emails.
  • Returning customers can book faster without public phone-to-email lookup or identity guessing.
  • Customer portal profiles now support name and phone updates while email changes remain protected for a future verified flow.
