Archived spaces stay out of the daily schedule
Admin schedule now hides archived spaces unless the selected day still needs them for historical booking context.

- Archived spaces no longer appear as empty columns in the admin schedule.
- If an archived space has bookings on the selected day, it still appears so teams can review and edit that historical booking context.
- New admin bookings can only be created on active spaces, and space limits now count active spaces instead of archived records.

- Operators can remove test or retired spaces from the day-to-day calendar without losing booking history.
- Archive messages now explain which related records prevented permanent deletion.
