Admin booking edits no longer pick up last-minute discounts
Last-minute discounts still apply to new bookings, including bookings created by an admin, but no longer get added when an admin edits an existing reservation.

- New bookings created by customers or admins can still use the configured last-minute discount tiers.
- When an admin changes the time, duration, space, service plan, or add-ons on an existing booking, StudioDock recalculates the price without adding a new last-minute discount.
- The pricing guide now documents this exception so teams know when automatic last-minute pricing is expected.
